Features and specifications of aluminum alloy doors and windows

The profiles and glass styles of aluminum doors are divided into north and south. The north is characterized by thick aluminum and stable style. The most representative one is the grid style, and the most distinctive one is Tanger. The south is characterized by diverse aluminum shapes and lively styles. The most representative is the flower glass style, which includes grate, ice sculpture, basal sculpture, crystal shell and so on.
Folding door
Folding doors are mainly composed of door frames, door leaves, transmission parts, rotating arm parts, transmission rods, and orientation devices. This door type can be installed indoors and outdoors. Each door has four doors, two for the side door and two for the middle door. The frame on one side of the side door leaf is connected with the middle door leaf by a hinge. The upper and lower ends of the door stile on the other side of the side door leaf are respectively equipped with upper and lower rotating shafts. The middle door leaf rotates to 90° together, so that the door leaf is opened and closed. When it is electric, the upper shaft end is equipped with a rotating arm part and a transmission part, and the upper part of the door frame is equipped with a transmission part and a door opener. The middle door leaf is equipped with a directional device. After the door opener is running, the two gears of each part of the transmission part are driven to rotate, and the two racks geared with it make linear motion. The other end of the rack is connected with the rotating arm, and the rotating arm moves in a circular motion. The side door frame is around one side stile Rotate and open the door leaf electrically. The middle tight seams of the two middle door leaves are equipped with safety protection devices, and when they are closed, they will return to the fully open state when there is an obstacle, which is safe and reliable.
The doorway has a width of 3000-4800 and a height of 3000-4800. There are 26 specifications, both of which are electric and manual.
Partition door
Define the partition door, a kind of door, used in partition decoration; it plays a role in the connection of the two separated spaces.
The role of guidance and transition; it is the link that connects the space.
The material of the material partition door can be metal, glass, composite board, fireproof board, gypsum board, flame retardant plywood, plywood and so on.
The outer frame of the partition door can be all made of 6063 national standard aluminum extrusion profiles. The material, oxide film thickness, and surface treatment quality all meet the GB/T5237-2000 standard; it can also be made in a frameless way, directly connected with a toughened glass door hinge or fixed part.
The standard gauge of the sliding door is 39.7mm. The upper rail has two styles, namely the standard upper rail and the curved upper rail. There are also two styles of the lower rail, namely the standard lower rail and the train rail;
The hidden frame sliding door adopts high-grade aluminum-titanium alloy, which can solve the shortcomings of the original carbon steel hidden frame door that is easy to rust, vibrate, unstable and unsafe. At the same time, it overcomes the hidden danger of easy damage to the lower wheel caused by the deviation of the center of gravity of the sliding door. The design of the sliding wheel makes it universal with other sliding doors and makes its life longer.
Regional characteristics of aluminum door profiles and glass styles are divided into north and south. The north is characterized by thick aluminum and stable styles. The most representative one is the grid style, and the most distinctive of the grids is Tange. The South is characterized by diverse aluminum shapes and flexible styles. The most representative one is the flower glass style. The more distinctive styles include grate, ice sculpture, basal sculpture, crystal shell and so on.

There are five types of aluminum alloy doors and windows: sliding aluminum alloy doors, sliding aluminum alloy windows, casement aluminum alloy doors, casement aluminum alloy windows and aluminum alloy floor spring doors. All have national building standard design drawings.
Each type of doors and windows is divided into basic doors and windows and combined doors and windows. Basic doors and windows are composed of frames, fans, glass, hardware accessories, and sealing materials. Combination doors and windows are composed of two or more basic doors and windows combined into other forms of windows or even-window doors with stitching materials or turning materials.
Each kind of door and window is divided into several series according to the thickness of the door and window frame. For example, the sliding aluminum alloy door with the frame thickness of 90mm is called the 90 series sliding aluminum alloy door.
There are two types of aluminum alloy sliding doors, 70 series and 90 series, the basic door opening height is 2100, 2400, 2700, 3000mm, and the basic door opening width is 1500, 1800, 2100, 2700, 3000, 3300, 3600mm. There are 55 series, 60 series, 70 series, 90 series and 90-I series of sliding aluminum alloy windows. The basic window opening height is 900, 1200, 1400, 1500, 1800, 2100mm; the basic window opening width is 1200, 1500, 1800, 2100, 2400, 2700, 3000mm.
There are 50 series, 55 series and 70 series of aluminum alloy swing doors. The basic door opening height is 2100, 2400, 2700mm, and the basic door opening width is 800, 900, 1200, 1500, 1800mm. There are 40 series, 50 series and 70 series of casement aluminum alloy windows. The basic window opening height is 600, 900, 1200, 1400, 1500, 1800, 2100mm; the basic window opening width is 600, 900, 1200, 1500, 1800, 2100mm.
There are 70 series and 100 series aluminum alloy floor spring doors. The basic door opening height is 2100, 2400, 2700, 3000, 3300mm, and the basic door opening width is 900, 1000, 1500, 1800, 2400, 3000, 3300, 3600mm.
